本次大儀公司與明志科技大學生化工程技術研發中心合作，藉由研討會互動的機會，向您鄭重介紹實驗室製程開發用ChromaCon雙管柱層析設備，會中展示此設備操作並接受現場Q&A 問答，讓您更進一步先行了解來自瑞士的ChromaCon Twin Column 創新技術。
多年來，LEWA提供層析製程備設備的核心泵浦到各個不同的領域，其高精度隔膜式液體輸送泵浦，出現在全球各知名藥廠。
2014年LEWA與ChromaCon合作，藉由ChromaCon的尖端技術與LEWA 液體輸送經驗，共同攜手將抗體藥物的開發生產帶入下一個領域。ChromaCon CUBE+ 是一個實驗室級液相層析系統，設計用於探索發現、處理製程的發展，尤其在處理過程的選擇上提供了很大的靈活度。包括一般批次流洗Batch、補集式模擬移動床層析ChaptureSMB、雙管溶劑梯度純化MCSGP、微量樣品提純N-Rich都可以用此單一設備和控制軟體來進行。
藉由這些創新技術，不但得到更大利益，也簡化操作、降低成本，並也進一步提高效率。

Lars Aumann, Dr. sc. techn., Dipl.-Ing., a founder, has more than 10 years of R&D, sales and operational experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in Germany, Switzerland and the USA. Lars has an integrated knowledge of both the hardware and operating software ChromIQ, which he developed over a period of more than 10 years. Lars is co-inventor of several patents and has published numerous articles in journals. |
